Like most Saturday mornings around here, the kids like to make us breakfast as a surprise. Today was no different, only they added a whole new aspect to the experience.
Rick got cereal (very soggy I might add).
Andrew had oatmeal-his favorite (well, after yogurt).
And then Lexie read a book for us while Joseph acted it out.
Liza got Kix & Cheerios & toys to help keep her entertained.
I got eggs & tortilla, Did you notice how they decorated everyone's napkins? They crack us up!
Lexie & Joseph ate beforehand so they could provide the entertainment for our meal. Andrew & Joseph told us some jokes. Lexie tried to teach me some more knitting.
He got to be many different characters. He was a duck,
a horse,
a pig rolling in the mud,
a bunny rabbit,
& a butterfly.
Needless to say, it was probably the most entertaining breakfast we have ever had & look forward to more. It was a great way to start our Saturday!
