All of the 3rd graders were given dictionaries today at school. It would have been nice to have this about 2 weeks ago for her spelling. (I bought one about a month ago but couldn't find it.) But, now she can use it for her homework. She was so excited about it!
Did you know that the longest word in the English language has 1,909 letters in it? Try to memorize that one for the spelling bee... And don't ask me how to pronounce it. That is her favorite part about her new dictionary.
